1. Directory Role & Independence
ServiceFind is a referral and educational directory connecting consumers with independent home service contractors. ServiceFind does not directly perform garage door repair, mechanical spring winding, or structural installations, nor does it employ the technicians who service your home.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
All contractors participating in the ServiceFind network are separate legal entities. Homeowners contract directly with the chosen service professional. Any work agreements, estimates, parts warranties, or financial arrangements are strictly between you and the respective contractor.
3. User Representations
By submitting a quote request, you affirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the property for which service is requested and that all contact information provided is accurate and truthful.
4. Limitation of Liability
ServiceFind expressly disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from work performed by third-party contractors found through this directory. Homeowners are advised to confirm licenses, insurance certificates, and local permits prior to commencement of work.
